INVERSEURS DE SENS DE ROTATION MOTOR REVERSER
Le relais SV969500 est etudie pour demarrer et inverser le sens de rotation de moteurs triphases asynchrones , avec la commutation de 2 phases uniquement ( 4 commutateurs : 2 legs) . Le calibre des thyristors est de 75ARMS , ce qui permet de controler un moteur avec un courant nominal de 16ARMS soit 7,5kWatts sous 400VAC , en tenant compte des courants de demarrage et d'inversion. Ces produits sont realises avec des composants haute immunite , sans relais REED ( tout electronique) , avec toutes les protections : RC , VDR,... mais aussi interverouillage , temporisation entre chaque inversion,... Ces relais sont equipes de thyristors 1600V avec une protection adaptee pour des reseaux jusqu'a 550VRMS. The relay SV969500 is designed for controlling and inverting the direction of a three-phase motors without direct third leg ( two legs). The maximum current of semiconductors is 75 Amps. RMS , which allows a motor with a current rating of 16 Amps.rms or approximately 7,5 kW under 400 V , taking the starting and reversing current into account. These products are designed with very high immunity components , without REED switches (only composed of solid state components) , with all protections : RC , VDR ,..... temporisation ,........., and 1600Volt peak voltage components with on this model a voltage protection up to 550VRMS mains.

Note : Le relais SV969300 developpe initialement pour inverser le sens de rotation des moteurs asynchrones triphases peut aussi etre utilise pour l'inversion de moteurs monophases . Ce relais possede 4 voies de puissance , une temporisation a l'inversion et un verrouillage en cas de commande simultanee . Pour des quantites importantes , en utilisation monophasee , le produit peut etre simplifie car seulement 2 voies sur 4 sont utilisees . Note : The SV969300 relay which has been initially developped in order to reverse three phase asynchronous motors , can be used for reversing single phase motors . This relay has 4 power switches , a reversing temporization and a lock in case of simultaneous controls . If you need a big quantity for a single phase use , please contact us , because we are able to simplify the product as only 2 switches among 4 are used .
